Guests calling the hotel's reservation department must specify Aboriginal Nurses Association of Canada, to receive the negotiated room rate of $104/night.

SPECIAL TRAVEL RATES

  We are please to announce that
  Air Canada and VIA Rail have
  extended special rates for the
  2011 National Forum attendees.

AIR CANADA:

  Air Canada the official airline for the   2011 National Forum.
  To book a flight access   aircanada.com and enter the   promotion code for this event in the   search panel, the promotion code is   CFNBJJZ1.

VIA RAIL:

  Special rates available from   September 22-October 6,   2011 and are available from all   stations throughout the VIA system   to Winnipeg, Manitoba and return.

Restrictions:
  -Fare applies to a maximum of two   passengers per booking.

  -One complimentary stropover is   allowed at no additional charge.

  -For travel on all fare plans in   Business class, the first stropovr is   allow at no additional charge,   provided that this stopover takes   place in Toronto, Montreal or   Ottawa only.

Discount:
  -10% off the best available fare in   Economy, Business, Sleeper or   Sleeper Touring class. "Subject to   the conditions and restictions of the   fare plan to which the additional   discount is being applied."

Exceptions:
  -Discount does not apply in   Economy-special fare or
  Business-supersaver or ABO fares.

Identification:
  -Participants must reference the   event's VIA confirmation number:   12168.

Online Booking tips:
  -You have to log in to your profile,   or create one prior to booking.
  -On the Passenger information   screen, select "Convenytion fare"   from the "Discount Type"
  drop-down menu and enter the   discount code for your convention   or event in the "Discount Code"   field.
