Article submissions will be reviewed by a committee of the
Board. There is no fee for Article submissions.
We will only contact individuals if we have any questions
in regards to their articles.
Criteria
for submissions:
Newsletter is pc-based, using Windows XP, and is produced
using Microsoft Publisher.
All
submissions can be sent in the following formats: Word
or Wordperfect (if there are images included in the document,
please sent the original image file), jpeg images, gif images,
e-mails.
Note: All advertisements and announcements for the Newsletter are to forwarded in English and French.
Please
do not send any documents in PDF.
The page size is 8.5" x 11". The dimensions
and rates of the advertisements is as follows:
